what is project rant?

Project: Rant republishes or recreates anonymous posts from the “rants and raves” sections on Craigslist. On a weekly basis it isn’t uncommon for us to filter over 30,000 posts from around the world. About one percent make it past the maws of our filters to be read and much fewer are selected to be shown here. That doesn’t count the great rants that people submit to us directly which you also see here.

People bitch about a lot of sh*t. A lot of random sh*t. A lot of that random bitching about said random sh*t is funny. At least to us.

We curate the weird, the angry, the bizarre, the obvious, the ugly truth, the shady characters and we love it. It gives you a brief glimpse into someone that would most likely never flip out like this in public. The results, we hope you agree, are hilarious.

The best of the best rants that we collect become the video episodes you see on the site. When we have something we want to shoot we have simple rules, the most important one being: Stay true to the rant.

So, what pisses you off? What get’s your goat. What boils your blood? What’s YOUR rant. Let us know, you might end up on here somewhere…
